This painting is a commission of a home in Ohio City. The owner wanted me to paint her sweet dog sitting on the front porch. The previous post shows a portrait of her dog. I just had to paint him separately. He was full of personality.

- I am an artist from Cleveland, Ohio. I have lived in Historic Ohio City for the past 11 years. I love to paint, which is no surprise coming from a family of artists. It was instilled in me as a child from my parents. I majored in Graphic Design and Illustration in College (Kent State), with a minor in painting and drawing. The Graphic Design education allowed me to pursue a career in Advertising out of college. But my real love has always been to paint and draw. I have always painted very large scale in the past. It wasn't until the past year did I create smaller paintings. This blog shows a variety of sizes and subjects in which I paint.
